I cannot name one time my order was correct. The only reason I have returned to the facility is for pure convenience. I will now be going 10 minutes out of the way just to actually receive the correct coffee.
Seems like all they know how to do. Is get the orders wrong... I want to be kind. But I mean come on!
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. They cannot comprehend the order and always execute poorly. There have been multiple times that they would mess up my order. Also there coffee always tends to be burnt or water down.
I understand you try to not throw away product, but when you decide to serve burnt coffee to your customers. You proabbaly lose more for that then what you saved. Third time coffee was bad. Drink your coffee before you leave to make sure it’s good.
every time I come to this place the order is wrong and The coffee is horrible. The coffee is always burnt and the espresso barely fit a fills the bottom of the cup. I would literally rather travel 5 to 10 minutes further for coffee just to not deal with them
