This location is great! Very spacious and the customer service is amazing. Lucy helped us out and my family and I are super satisfied.
buybuy Baby isn't bad for finding the baby gear you need—but lately the store has been unusually cluttered. The last few times i've visited the store's been in a state of disarray: the stroller section has been difficult to walk through, there haven't been enough store associates for getting help, etc. I'd definitely go back, but I'm hoping that the shopping experience here improves a bit.
Christina is wonderful! Had a complicated situation and needed to pay for a store pickup from out of state and have someone else pick it up locally. She patiently worked out every detail and made it happen. Excellent customer service!
Did an online order for pickup and it was ready in like an hour, maybe even less. Staff was VERY nice and attentive. It was also convenient that they had a whole (free) DIY gift wrapping station with all different size boxes, paper, ribbon, tools etc.
Christina the manager is amazing! Seriously... She helped me with an issue handed down from the corporate customer service phone number. She was knowledgeable about every product we asked about and very honest regarding what things get returned and which are a better bet. Even though I had a "baby brain" moment with my gift card balances at the register, she was patient and kind. Thanks to Christina and the entire BBB staff for their knowledge and professionalism!
