Ask for Carlton when you enter! He is wonderful and will get you exactly what you are looking for! He is patient and knows the store backwards and forward. Just tell him what you want and he will direct you to it! The manager Carlos is very helpful with any questions and very friendly! If you are looking for any furniture, why go anywhere else? If you want a bang for your buck definitely head down to Bob’s discount furniture! If you are in the Totowa area stop by and ask for Joel from the outlet. That young man has superb customer services skills and patience which is a splendid combination. Unlike the other outlet associates he isn’t pushy at all and genuinely wants you to have a good time when shopping around, he will knowledgeably answer all your questions and will give you space to enjoy the merchandise before making a final decision. I feel like there’s more to say but you’ll know what I mean once you go to the store and ask to speak with Joel from the outlet!

Within minutes of walking in here, I was very impressed with their selection of furniture. We were looking for a living room set and Memo, the salesman was very helpful and informative and not pushy at all. We settled on a very nice set and walked out very satisfied. Prices are also very reasonable and the quality looks good. Will definitely come back for furniture in the future.
