I worked for this store for 3 years and from my experience I saw customers who complained about how they can't get the help or associates don't have the experience to help them. We can't do anything as our managements didn't teach us everything from all departments, although we try our best to help customers. Some customers they need to remain patience because nothing can be done right way, I mean if you go and see a doctor he or she would ask you to wait until they are able to see you. I believe home depot needs to teach all of their part-time associates more about their store products and train them 1 month each on each departments as they gain more experiences. Trust me, if you have someone to work 1 or 2 days in 1 department they would not learn everything in a week as it takes time to learn and be able to understand. 1 of the famous excuse I heard from some customers "I was here for 15 minutes and no one is there to help me". It is not true for everyone because some customers they like to say things like that in order to get the help they need. Overall I liked working for this store, however if they make some changes it would make them even better. Trust Me.

I love this Home Depot. People are friendly & helpful. I find it very easy to find what we need & the prices are affordable. It's also neat & orderly. Even pick up cleaning products do to good pricing.

What I believe is the quickest way to get through the store is to order online for store pickup. It's fast easy and saves you time and energy searching the store for what you want.
I normally buy quality products from this Home Depot but their customer service is terrible and borderline atrocious. I made an in store purchase for a grill on Monday June 12, 2017 and requested the included assembly. I was told that it would be done by Thursday night but to pick it up on Friday June 16 which was fine. I stressed that I needed it before Sunday (father's day). They said I would receive a call to let me know when it was ready for pick up. I received the call on Friday night near their closing time. I was told it was assembled and ready to pick up the next day. When I came in the next day, the customer service aisle handed me a grill still in the box and spent over 30 minutes fidgeting around to realize that it was supposed to be assembled but the person behind the counter did not put any record of that with the receipt or their own information. From there they tell me I can pick up fully assembled by next Thursday June 22 which was long after my requested date. Apparently they have one guy("Mike") who assembles these items on Thursdays and he was kind enough to ignore my purchase along with several others. From there I received an apology from customer service and was promised it would be assembled by the time they open on Sunday morning(7am). I accepted the offer since they kept me there until closing time that night. At 10:30 that night I receive a call from them saying it will be ready by 7:30am. When I arrive on Sunday morning at 7:35am they hand me the same box again, practically deny the included assembly for it, until one other worker recalls me and the grill from previous days. From there I am told to wait another 30 minutes, since "Mike" had come in late and just started working on it. It took over an hour to finally receive my assembled grill. I may never buy another large product that may need assembly again from this branch.
