Purchased a dog harness 2 weeks ago from this location. It broke and I did not have a receipt when I returned it. I was told I could not receive store credit because there company policy states that you cannot get a refund or exchange of any sort on dog leashes. Great policy......
I am absolutely upset with this store. I tried calling 3 times to say that I would be late. Prior to that I was provided an appointment card and when we showed up they said they had know record of my appointment in the schedule and I needed to come back in a different day. They dont answer the phone. This store often has dropped the ball and today was the final straw! I will never use this store again! The groomers aren't that great either. My dogs hair cut has been different every time she has gone and not in a good way. I used them for the convenience more than anything else.
My family and I have been visiting this PetCo for past few months and have been impressed with the way it's always clean and well staffed. We're planning on adopting our 2nd cat from there as the ladies from START are super friendly and always keeping us informative.
Just an average big box store for pet supplies. They should not be allowed to sell live stock as the staff is rather uneducated. They know little about fish, ferrets, snakes & birds. Selling the supplies is good but if selling live stock that either need a reptile specialist, fish specialist, bird and rodent specialist. If they do actually know or have some experience they play it off like they don't know or don't want to be bothered.
They have a great selection, but most items can be found cheaper on Amazon, Chewy, Jet, or even Petco online (yes there online prices are cheaper!). If you need something right away, this is your place. (They will match Petco online prices) Also have a really great dog trainer, grooming and drop off pet play services!
