Incredibly understaffed. Purchased a Les Paul Classic here, and during both visits I felt ignored and it was hard to get any of the employees to really tend to you. The guitar I received was really nice, on the plus side... But I wish I had gone to a different location. I don't think the employees themselves are bad, but they're stretched so thin - They are often trying to juggle 3 or 4 customers at a time. It's frustrating. Once you get their attention they're friendly, but quickly pulled away by another customer. They need more than 3 people working here at a time.
For such an expensive purchase I really expected better treatment. I felt completely disregarded.
Good and friendly people in the store except one of the older guys always never fails to give me attitude.
What the hell has happened to this place, are they going out of business or something? Zero customer service, zero product knowledge and zero products for vocalist. Sure they have a few mics, but they no longer carry any vocal processing equipment.
I went in I found what I need it they were very helpful prices are reasonable
